Place is great, second time staying and this time was better. Place smelled great, it was clean, and communication between me and the owner was spot on. If I happen to be in need of an Airbnb I'll get this one again.

Felt right at home! Gorgeous decor, lots of space, quiet, great amenities, close to ACU & Allen Ridge, and quick drive to downtown!! Loved everything about this cozy place!! We’ll be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent—situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants and attractions. The home was very clean, well-equipped, and the beds were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! The listing is 100% accurate, and when I arrived, I even thought the Nest was cuter in person than in the pictures. The Nest is extremely clean, well-decorated, has a thought-out floor plan, and is in a prime location. I appreciated the personal touch of a small welcome basket and a guest book to sign. I really enjoyed my stay in this cozy nook and will definitely be booking again.

The Nook was the perfect spot for me to stay while visiting my daughter at college. The space was cozy, clean, quiet and safe. The keyless entry worked well. The team's communication was excellent-- they were proactive in telling me about the space and how to access it. They were also very responsive when I had questions. I was able to easily walk to campus, and felt safe walking at night. I hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you, EIM Hosting Team!

This is not my first time staying with The EIM Hosting Team or at this specific location and there’s a good reason for that! You can trust that their properties are going to be clean, cute, comfortable, and easy to check in and out of. I’ll definitely be back!

Our trip was due to the powerlifting state event. This home was super close to it. Plenty of places to choose from to eat. The house felt like home. The house was clean. Bedrooms were super cozy.

Very comfortable for my family of 6 ! There was space to let them play in the back yard when they got rowdy and they all had a comfortable spot to sleep. I suggest having a pak n play for use i didnt want to ask so i just went to buy one. I loved not having to speak or meet with anybody for check in or check out.
