The Radford Hills neighborhood overlooks downtown Abilene and is perfectly located for nearly anything in town. Enjoy being close to the bars, shopping, and restaurants of downtown Abilene & Allen Ridge, ACU, and Hendrick Hospital! We're also just 15min from the south side of Abilene and Dyess AFB.

You'll have the entire studio to yourself including the main living area, bathroom, in-suite laundry, and the small fenced area in the backyard.

The place was pristine! I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean, great amenities and easy to find. Was a perfect place to for me to set up shop and get where I needed to be. 5 stars all the way!

Stayed here a week while waiting for another location with a co-worker. We both had our own individual units but were close enough for easy communication. This property was exactly what I needed, and its location made it nice commute to and from work. It was also close to a grocery store, a gym, and a decent number of dining options. Going based off the friendly welcome message I'm sure the EIM team is amazing, but I actually didn't need to reach out to them due to how to easy they made the check in process and the detailed notes they left for the checkout instructions. If you're looking for a nice comfortable spot in a decent location pretty close to everything i highly recommend this property.

Getting around is easy by car. There is a parking area right in front of the studio. We are less than 5 min from ACU, HSU, Hendrick Hospital, and downtown Abilene!
