The Radford Hills neighborhood overlooks downtown Abilene and is perfectly located for nearly anything in town. Enjoy being close to the bars, shopping, and restaraunts of downtown Abilene & Allen Ridge, ACU, and Hendrick Hospital! We're also just 15min from the south side of Abilene and Dyess AFB.

You'll have the entire studio to yourself including the main living area, bathroom, in-suite laundry, and the small fenced area in the backyard.

This was the perfect stay and I hope to stay here again for future business trips. The area felt safe which important to me being a single female traveler. It was a last minute booking and it went flawlessly. Easy to gain access, easy to follow instructions. Very clean and comfortable. The sleep mask and sound machine were perfect additions because there is noticeable road noise and an abundance of barking/howling dogs at all hours. At times it sounds like a pack is right outside of your window. I slept great after I used all of the provided deterrents (ear plugs, sleeping mask and sound machine). I would recommend bringing a fan if you prefer the feeling of moving air. The A/C did wonderful, but I love a fan. Water pressure was perfect and everything you can think of was there.

This is not my first time staying with The EIM Hosting Team or at this specific location and there’s a good reason for that! You can trust that their properties are going to be clean, cute, comfortable, and easy to check in and out of. I’ll definitely be back!

Getting around is easy by car. There is a parking area right in front of the studio. We are less than 5 min from ACU, HSU, Hendrick Hospital, and downtown Abilene!
